The Beginning Reformer class is geared towards clients who are new to the Pilates equipment or who at a beginner level of Pilates. This class is slower paced as the focus remains on learning and practicing the foundations of the Pilates technique. Students will become familiar with the beginning exercises on the Pilates Reformer while deepening their Pilates practice. Max capacity is 5 participants.
